I recently stayed at Vistas De Lisboa and had a fantastic experience. The staff was incredibly friendly and went out of their way to make me feel welcome. The central location was ideal for exploring the city and the 24/7 reception ensured that there was always someone available to assist. The facilities were clean, especially the bathrooms, and the bed in my dorm was comfortable. I also appreciated the free coffee machine at breakfast and the convenient kitchenette facilities. I couldn't be more pleased with my stay.
I would recommend this hotel.

First of all, the staff of the hostel are very nice, easy-going and they are there for anything you need. If there are some unexpected problems, they do all they can to solve it. The internet wifi is free of charge and works very well. The location is perfect, no more than 50m from the Figueira Square, where there are metro station, tram stops, buses to everywhere and nice restaurants around. I recommended this hostel 2 days ago to a friend and he liked too.
The building where the hostel is located is a little bit limited, like the elevator is too small and the stairs are a little bit dark if you have to use it.

For a great night out, this hostel's location is perfect. Right in the centre of town, in the square, it's close to the metro and all the action. You'll have no trouble finding people to party with and explore the city. the staff is proactive and friendly, always making sure you have a good time.
The cleanliness standards of the showers and toilets are not up to par.

Very well localized with all basic needs for a traveller. Also, it is possible to save some money with the free water available. Wifi availbale on rooms also.
The employee did not allow me to take a shower after I had checked out.

We had a fantastic stay at Vistas De Lisboa! the central location was superb, right in the heart of the city, and just a quick 3-minute walk to Rossio metro station. the staff were friendly and available 24 hours, and we loved that there was a lift to take us up to the 4th floor, saving us from carrying our luggage up the stairs. the unisex toilets and showers were always clean and never had a queue. Our bed in the 6-dorm was comfortable, and we appreciated the private light and electric socket for charging. the breakfast selection was great, with plenty of tea, coffee, bread, pastries, cereal. We also made use of the free coffee machine and basic kitchenette facilities. the free app provided by the hostel was a helpful tool for exploring the city without the need for wifi. Highly recommended!
Nothing, all was good! 👍.

The last-minute find was a gem. Super clean hostel with a convenient kitchen area, lovely balconies, comfy bed, and spacious bathroom. Breakfast included, though we couldn't enjoy it due to an early departure. Helpful staff promptly resolved a payment issue. a happy stay!

I gotta say, I got some serious bang for my buck! The room was cozy and clean, and I loved having my own little porch to chill on. The location was on point, super close to all the attractions and easy access to trams and the metro. But the best part? The staff treated me like gold!
The breakfast offerings could use a little improvement. Just a small suggestion, maybe add some more variety to make it even better.

It's in the city centre. Some me mbers of the staff are very helpful.
I did'nt get the room for which I made the reservation. They told me two reservations came at the same time (ha,ha..), My wish was to have a private room and I received a dormium with 6 beds - but I was alone in this room! But they charged for the price of the reserved room.

Location only
Unfortunately this hostel should not been listed under the hostel intl chain simply because its failed to provide the most important products to service and facilitise hostel travelers such as privacy comfort safety and atmospher first of all it was no lift operating in the building you must climb 4 levels and this is been on for months if not longer was no heater at all in the whole apartment only hot water where the local temerture was -4 everybody was getting cold then had to asked for one after a long argement with the staff. No kitchen facilities no way you can cook only microwave is available one computer terminal is available and the staff using it most of the time beside it´s facing the reciption so they can watch you whatever you do or you move around you get the feeling that you are under the radar like kind of scary for being watched dog by group of illegal asylm seekers from afganistan and bangladish ...I wonder why was no travellers in that place only saw 4 danish guys and 2 japanese backpacker the first night the rest of the nights was only me and a french girl then an old illegal immiegrant indian- bangladish woman shared the room with us for the next nights. Im really disappointed because I wasn´t happy didn´t enjoy my stay and I had felt like I was staying in a detention refuge house.
